Based on reviews here and on other sites, I chose Allen's "Mailbox Planet" and I'm glad I did! I've been there about a month and even with the busy holiday season, the service has been exceptional. Allen is always courteous and friendly, greeting folks by name. Every time I've received a package, he's called promptly to let me know; something I very much appreciate. Allen is great and I agree with other reviewers that he is very professional and very helpful. I went to him and it was so quick. It was great that we don't have to wait in line. Location of this place is on east side of lake ave between San Pasqual and California. there is a parking in rear. Find it and it is worth going there if you need something notorized.
Mr. Allen Sarkissian, the owner truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. I'm still new and in my first month of my 12-month box rental but from the first day I met Mr. Sarkissian, I was impressed with his warmth and hospitality. He runs a clean and competent business and demonstrates the highest respect for his customers.
Very nice owner, good prices and a great location. I would recommend to anyone to do the 12 month rental. I am sure it will be cheaper than whatever you are paying now.
I needed to notarize a document and found Mail Box Planet. This is one of those excellent businesses run by an owner (Allen Sarkissian) who really believes in customer service. I wish more businesses were like this. I will definitely come back.
