Secure. Convenient. One stop shopping for all of your mail needs. Allen is always so friendly and helpful. In addition to signing for all of my packages due to my compulsive Amazon ordering he has also notarized documents for me, made duplicate house keys for me and held my packages and mail when I'm on vacation. He's the best. If you're looking for a mailbox service Mail Box Planet is a no brainer!

This is one of the best businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with - ever! Look how all the reviews give the place five-stars over the years. The reason for that is because the owner, Allen, has an amazing commitment to customer service. I use Mailbox Planet for all of my postage needs. Allen will pack, ship, messenger, notarize - whatever you need. You can even buy stamps and simple supplies like envelopes, paper, pens, and tape. All with no line, a smile and a candy for the kids! I have relied on Allen for years and highly recommend Mailbox Planet.

Mailbox Planet is the BEST mail service store in Pasadena. The owner, Allen Sarkissian, truly understands the meaning of customer service. He remembers all of his customers and treats them very well. And equally important, he understands the shipping business and will give you the best possible rate and schedule for anything you need to send. Every other mail store in Pasadena (or anywhere else for that matter) could learn a lot from him. You won't find better, more friendly service than with Mailbox Planet.

Allen is amazing and always goes the extra mile. He is always very professional and I applaud his Integrity. Recently, I was impressed by a phone call he made immediately upon receiving a special package. His word is Gold and is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this business to all and they are located on the east side of Lake Ave between San Pasqual and California with plenty of parking in rear.
