We used Maids of Tulsa for years and sadly the quality has gone down tremendously. The quality of weekly cleanings were hit and miss. They used to have several employees and now they have 2. One employee most people don’t want cleaning their house. The owner is noncommunicative. They cancel and move your cleanings with no response - even on a holiday week. Cleaning companies are a dime a dozen nowadays and it’s too easy to find a much better company than this one!

The woman that owns this business hates Republicans! When my home was cleaned they did a terrible job. Essential oils do not clean a restroom, bleach products do. The goal of cleaning is to get rid of bacteria, not to make it smell better with essential oils. Follow the science, right??

My wife and I used Maids of Tulsa to have our new house cleaned prior to moving in. My wife specifically asked if they would wash walls and baseboards, along with dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans. She was assured they would do all of that. She made sure they would wash the walls and baseboards because we wanted to paint everything before completely moving in. Again, she was assured that would be done. The maids were very friendly, but did not clean the walls or baseboards well. Seems like they just lightly dusted ever... read more
