I requested a thorough post-construction cleaning and specifically asked for an experienced cleaner. Unfortunately, the person who came appeared to be inexperienced and did not meet even basic expectations for this type of service. I had to inspect and recheck virtually every area she cleaned and repeatedly ask her to redo tasks because there were still piles of dust left behind.
