I have been using MaidPro Arlington for years now and I think they are excellent! Mildred has been so helpful to me for many years. She is very accommodating. I also find Ashley to be outstanding and especially thorough! I have requested her to be our regular!
The cleaning itself is good. The customer service is terrible. They quoted us extremely high - 275 for a 2 bed 1 bath townhome and said how the price would be adjusted after the actually completed a clean and saw the level of work that needed to be done. They never adjusted the price and never answered my emails regarding the price. They seem unable to comprehend that we need a set schedule - out of the 4 or 5 cleanings we had with them they were 4 hours late to one with zero communication until I reached out and then last m... read more
