The lead up to my appointment was professional and informative but I was unhappy with my actual service. My cleaner complained that I had a mouse problem and left quickly. I have been working with an exterminator and didn't think it was that extreme. I received a call immediately after my cleaner ran out from a manager that they couldn't work with me anymore. Juan was amazing! He waited for me to get home from work to show me everything he cleaned. He was knowledgeable about everything and gave me advice on how to maintain what he cleaned. He was also very kind and nice to talk to! I highly recommend maidpro and Juan!
Love this business. Cleaners are great, customer service is awesome (flexible which I need). Worth every penny a thousand times over!
The cleaners arrived on time. The people we bought the house from had a cleaner come in earlier in the week but it didn't live up to what we wanted. The Maid Pros professionalism and friendly personalities immediately eased our minds about our new home and said that they'd "take care of it".
