Carrollton, Tx. Beyond disappointed in this company. We are going out of town Thursday of this week, today is Wednesday and someone is house and dog sitting for us. Gave us a quote on 3 rooms for around $130.00 for two people to clean. Cleaners show up, then FaceTime the "manager" on the house. After Face Time experience my wife receives a call from "manager". Quoting 3 more hours and up charge for total of around $300. For 4 rooms?!!! Be ready to pay way more than original quote when their people show up. Then a horrible ap... read more

Andy, we are truly sorry you feel this way. Based on what we saw from your home, we could not have provided the level of service we provide for the price quoted. We hold ourselves to a high standard. Obviously everyone can have a different opinion of the level of cleaning needed. That is why we called your wife and asked for additional time. Again we apologize this was not acceptable. I stand by my offer of $100 discount to experience the MaidPro clean.

I used Maid Pro in Katy and now Frisco. Estrella always calls to remind us and she works with our busy schedules when we need to make last minute changes. Susana and Paty Z. are also great PROs and my family always talks about how clean they get the house each week. There are 7 living in our house (4 kids), so we get quite messy during the week :-)

Susana and Isabel did a great job at our house today! They arrived promptly, were friendly and professional, and did a much-needed clean to our house, which was exceedingly dirty and dusty following extensive bathroom renovations. They each deserve very much to receive a $20 bonus!
Yadira does our office @ Valdes Allstate in Carrollton. She does an amazing job and is always so cheerful.
