These guys are the absolute best. My course was dirty and it was so much cleaner than I expected. I signed up for there bi weekly and plan to keep using them
I had a time reserved for a cleaning today starting at 2-3 pm. I left work early to let them in. I got home at 1:45, and waited until 3 PM with no updates. No one showed up, no one called to let me know anything had changed. I called the office and was sent directly to voicemail. I left a message. The cleaner called me later to let me know her previous appointment was running over time, and the two appointments she had were scheduled too close together.
