Absolutely terrible customer service. I wish it wasn’t so because the ladies don’t do a bad job cleaning (besides not following instructions, though that’s a communication issue from management) and the rate is reasonable. These ladies have been cleaning my home for almost two years. They are consistently excellent, thorough, polite, and absolutely trustworthy. I highly recommend them. Fabian is careful to accommodate my crazy schedule, and has given me a reasonable cleaning rate. This is a great company. I wouldn't hesitate to give them five stars.

Hired this company to clean our rental property as a courtesy to our tenant. They used a substance (bleach according to the cleaners) that turned the white bathtub yellow, and said they could not fix it. So my tenant had to take the time and effort to undo their damage. Why is a "green" cleaning company using bleach? Emailed the owner, no response. Very disappointing. Will not use again.
