Traci does a great job. Feedback and clarity of your priorities is very important. They are responsive to instructions and responded well to feedback.

Maidpro has been very professional and responsive to feedback. I think with any service, it's important to communicate exactly what you need and they have responded well. They use their own cleaning products, my only feedback would be that some may not be strong enough for tough cleaning areas. Traci has been very good and responsive to feedback. I like knowing that the floors and bathrooms are taken care of.
As always, Alexis, Rea and Akemy did a great job making my house spiffy and shiny throughout. I recommend them highly!

I needed a deep clean of my floors from a Rumba and old dog deciding to start Poopaggedon in my house... I was looking for emergency cleaning services however earliest availability was in July for those companies. I did a simple Google search for routine house cleaning services and MaidPro was on the top. I called and they were able to get me scheduled same day! Alexis is my regular person who comes every two weeks. She is great at helping me identify projects that need to be done and is very thorough with her cleaning. She brought Tiffani and Chris with her this week to train. They're learning well from her because they did an excellent job!
My Pro was Kierra, she is very professional. I requested somethings out side of the 49 point clean and she did it no problem. I love how neat and organized she makes all my items. Kierra comes in does her work well and leaves. She is also very nice.
Cloe did a great job again today. She's very thorough. Having the house cleaned on a regular schedule helps me stay on top of things day to day.
