We've been using Maid Pro for a couple of years now. For a while, they were sending different cleaners here every time. It was ok and they always got the job done. Now, they have been sending ******* every time and it's been even better. She knows the house and is efficient but also caring. As busy working parents, having this kind of help has been instrumental to our mental health.
This was my first time using MaidPro and my first time ever having a professional cleaning and Im beyond impressed! From the very first phone call, the customer service was a 10/10: thorough, communicative, and proactive with updates. My cleaning professional, ******, was absolutely amazing. She single-handedly did the work of three people, all while being pleasant, detailed, and efficient. I truly enjoyed her and the entire experience!
***** and ***** were absolutely wonderful and we hope to have them for our next service! They were very thorough with the entire house, asked if there was anything in particular we would like them to pay extra attention to, and went above and beyond our expectations for a regular quarterly cleaning. Not only were they thorough, they were efficient, worked well as a team, and were very pleasant to chat with. We appreciate their professionalism and kindness and recommend them to others as well as hope to see them again.

They provided reminders and a 30 minute notice before the appointment. Yudisleidy, ************* were professional, respectful and efficient. Our home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning after a remodel and they did a great job. They took their time and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We are now going to use their bi-weekly service going forward.We got several quotes before selecting Maidpro and so glad we chose them and you will be to.
We have had two amazing cleaners at our house. Taichichida and ****** are both experts at their job and are not afraid of cats or parrots. Our home sparkles, and it's such a great feeling to come home on the days they have been there.
