The teams have no consistency. Used them for about six months and it was always up and down service. They added more stress than needed and management didnāt seem to care to fix the issues and ended with āwe donāt know why we are having so much trouble with your homeā rude and unhelpful. Iāve used cleaning services for ten years in jersey city other parts of jersey even other states and never saw this much inconsistency with a company. So for what they charge you.... would NOT recommend.Ā
I've been thrilled with Maid in JC. Their professionalism and excellent communication impressed me from the beginning. I commend their attention to detail and great service! I love having their team come to my home.Ā
