Embarrassing quality. Literally did not clean basic things that that we asked them to clean. Could not have been an easier job -it was an empty house after new construction. I want my money back - stay away!
They are disappointing, unskilled, and unwilling to do what is necessary to do their jobs competently. Paul and his team showed up to perform their first cleaning, which was supposed to be a deep clean. Multiple areas of the house were untouched and Paul had to go through the house himself for another 45 minutes to clean again and show his team what needed to be done. It was bad enough that he discounted the deep clean by 30% and discounted the regular service by more than 10%. The second time his team came they did better. ... read more
Extremely clean. Did a deep cleaning which consisted of moldings. Baseboards. Vacuuming furniture in addition to regular cleaning. The girls were pleasant and thorough. I have a large home, which took a lot of time, but they got the job done. I felt like my house was CLEAN after they left. I would use them again.
