We have used Maid Bright for about 6 years for bi-weekly cleanings, and recently used them for a couple of deep cleans in connection with putting our house up on the market. We have been extremely satisfied with the consistent quality of their work and level of detail. We feel like we're living in a hotel on Fridays after they come! Great customer service, very responsive. The cleaning team was incredibly quick, efficient, and polite. I'd have liked a bit more attention paid to shower walls and the window blinds, but I will absolutely hire Maid Bright again and recommend them.

As a follow-up to my Feb 21 review I found the missing rug...it had been placed under another rug for some reason. I was also told that heavy furniture is not moved which understandably explains why the area under my couch was not dusted. I neglected to mention that there was a strong mildew smell for the next few days seemingly concentrated in the bathroom areas which makes me wonder if clean/dry towels were used. The cleaners arrived on-time and were courteous, friendly and professional. I was looking for a deep-clean and that is exactly what happened in the bathrooms and kitchen. My hardwood floors also looked great though I noticed that the (hardwood) area under my couch was untouched and am wondering if that is excluded from general cleaning. I am guessing that fairly harsh chemicals are used in the bathrooms as I had to open a couple windows after my eyes starting to burn (I wonder how the cleaners deal with this). I would absolutely recommend Maid Bright. Scheduling was easy, did it all online and was given a window the cleaners would arrive. They arrived on time and immediately got to work, they cleaned everything top to bottom. Every spec of dust and crevice was spotless. I originally booked them to clean up after a roommate who left their space in a pretty bad condition, but I will absolutely continue to book for semi-annual cleanings in the future!

My first and second encounters with Maid Bright have been great. The virtual estimate was informative but NOT a sales call. The proper expectations were set and a timely initial cleaning was scheduled. And the initial cleaning was great! The two employees went to work and they worked and they worked. My house had not been professionally cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic so it was needed. I look forward to my future cleanings!
