What can I say. As soon as I pulled up to their facility I was greeted with friendly service. Mike and his Dad treated me like a friend from the start. Being a novice boat owner I did not know what to expect. The repairs were extensive but these folks made the process routine. Since bringing my 21 foot deck boat home many friends and family are amazed and asking who did the work. Im very happy to refer anyone to MAI for their fiberglass repairs. No kidding. Special praise to Mai Boat Service for their high quality of workmanship. Mike Mai and his father transformed the outside of my antique 1984 Hobie Power Skiff (which the previous owner had Painted) to a smooth gel coat that sparkles in the sun. In addition, the icecream on the cake, Mike’s father replaced the frozen boat steering with a hydraulic steering system that requires only one finger to turn the wheel. RecommendedWanted to thank everyone at Mai boats for getting my Skeeter bass boat in and out as quick as they did. My boat had bad gelcoat damage due to the bunk covers I had. Called Mike and they did an estimate and told me they would start Monday and I'd have it by Saturday. Saturday morning (11/16) picked her up and shes as good as new. they blended the gelcoat perfectly. Mike's team also adjusted my new bunks that I installed to fit the boat better.
Just got my boat back from MAI...very impressed with the quality of the workmanship put into my craft. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the boat entirely detailed down to the spare tire having a nice shiny dressing!
No doubt these guys are the best in what they do. My boat look brand spanking new.
What can say about Mike & his crew? I could not be more satisfy that I am, I feel like I have a new Ski, This looks like done at the manufactured. Clean place, excellent honest Owners. Met Mike, his dad, his wife and his beautiful daughter. I hope I don't meet again for the same reason but I have a new friend. I took my Scout 172 SF with transom damage. My boat is a 1999 so i was concern to match the paint. Results? Unbelievable! Perfect work and perfect paint. Their attention to the detail and the great customer service makes them probably the best boat service in town. Thank you Mike and family team.
Outstanding customer service - Dat, Mike and their team did an incredible job restoring my old Silverking flats boat ... it now looks show room floor new!
