👎👎👎 Jessica at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional! Definitely don’t recommend this hotel! I have never dealt with a hotel employee as rude and condescending as Jessica at the crowne plaza in Knoxville.

Amazing location - easy walking distance to river & Market Square Downtown. Super friendly staff & very helpful. Being renovated but very low key to guests.
Evening was very welcoming and the food and service wonderful
we made 745 reservations. They did not refill any food. The prime rib was well done. spoke to manager at restaurant to refill some stuff he disappeared after that never to be seen again. fist time I visited never again. sub par
Ended out getting the flu ... reservation was booked 60 days advance . Would not give me a refund !!
