The front desk staff showed a clear lack of care and concern for patient experience. Communication was dismissive, and there was little effort made to be helpful or understanding. When you are dealing with patients, a basic level of compassion and professionalism should be expected, and unfortunately that was missing here. It made an already stressful situation feel even more frustrating and unsupported. I hope improvements are made so future patients are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.
