I brought a lamp in to be looked at last Thursday Dec 22nd early in the morning to get an estimate for the repair. It was a special Mickey Mouse lamp of my moms and she didn't want to just get rid of it after it was knocked off a table. They had it repaired and ready to pick up later that same day. I believe it was Ross (?) that had looked at it and completed the repair. The repair was a button pushed in and a bad fuse for a total repair price of 19.00. What a great experience! I'm not trying to be mean but person singing in the commercial you are running now sounds very much off key to me. It is not a pleasing sound. Sorry.
The appliance department is a joke. Dealing with Tom who regretfully is also the manager. Next step is the owner I guess. Waiting on are new washer for about three months now. They gave us a loaner but it probably was the cheapest one they sale and was also damaged. Tom who never calls us, we always have to call him has a different answer everytime we call. Says the washer will be here Friday or Tuesday but when my wife calls the following Wednesday he says he told me Friday or Tuesday the next week. Guess we have to wait fo... read more
I have to say that I was very disappointed with the saleman at Malhanders. He was not truthful on many occasions. I would never recommend this store. For one thing they do not offer any refunds if your not satisfied which the salesman never told us until we wanted to return our items as they didn't work correctly. I was forced to accept another brand.....do not shop there is my suggestion
