Worst customer service ever! Tried to get our dishwasher fixed not once, but twice. Had to wait for parts for over a month. They put them in and it now keeps blowing fuses. Call to get a repair person to fix it yet a 3rd time and they tell me the guy is on vacation for a week. Asked for someone else to fix it and the lady tells me that he has to fix it. Their service department needs to step up - they do a great job of selling but the follow-up is dismal.
Was in the store Saturday for over half and hour and not one person acknowledged any of us. We had 3 of us in our group and had full intentions to make purchase of lighting fixtures for a new build. Very highly recommend of working on customer service and making a point to help all customers or make some contact with each customer.
This company does not stand behind their products and their service department is terrible. Called them out to fix brand new refrigerator and they can’t even figure out how to fix, keep replacing parts hoping it will work. Still doesn’t work they are blaming whirlpool and have thrown their hands up. So disgusted!

I love Mahlander's and their sales reps! They are so helpful with design, showing not only what is in stock but what you can order in, so your choices are not just limited to what is inside the store. The appliance department is fabulous as well. So next time you go in ask for Nancy in lighting and Tom in appliances. I know they will treat you right!
