I’ve been waiting for over 6 months for my refund for a failed root canal. Every time I call I get the answering service. Then it takes weeks to get a phone call back. Quick to take the money, but when they have to give it back they take their sweet time! They really like to push the Invisalign that you don’t need also. Also, before you post with the automated response about falling you, it goes straight to the answering service. I just want my money back and be able to get my tooth retreated by Dr Hubard.

Drs. Scott and Cole are highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated to their practice. The staff at Mahan Village Dental is friendly and helpful. I've recently had a very good experience with a crown procedure. The insurance issues were resolved, and crown installation was very professionally handled.
They are amazing. Service is great people are friendly and very professional. Wait times are very normal and they always communicate prior to your appointment to be sure nothing had changed and appointments don’t need to be rescheduled.

Horrible, terrible experience! I would not recommend this practice to anyone after the way that I was treated as a potential new patient last year. I went to Mahan Dental in anticipation of seeing my regular dentist, who inadvertently left the practice and the staff did not notify me before my arrival at a scheduled appointment. Upon receiving my dental cleaning I was told that I would be examined by another dentist which I had never even heard of before. Very friendly and competent.
Every time I go to the dentist, sit in the lobby for 30 minutes to an hour. When I get in the back, I wait another 30-45 minutes. The doctor told me he was the only doctor. WOW, well why was I given an appointment on the same day, at noon, it wasn’t an emergency. Then one of the ladies pulled my “crown” out and broke it!” The doctor asked her “what was the strongest bonding solution.” Finally it was in, but it is smaller than my real teeth. I’m not happy!
