I visited for the first time today - I was behind a gal that had a huge order, my order was just a dozen plain no fancy toppings .. I waited 10 min and finally had to leave with no donuts!!! Not only did I have no donuts but also gave them free $$$! They never offered to just make my order first 12 donuts vs 40+ - terrible customer service !
