This hotel has since closed its doors due to the health dept. It closed back in Nov 2014. So, you want have to worry about this hell hole. I am a native of the Knoxville,TN area and work in the hotel business. To call this place a hell hole is a under statement. I wouldn't allow my dog to stay there let alone me.

I just tried to call a guest at this hotel. It is 11/25/13 @ 4:22 PM. The person who answered the phone refused to look up the guests name. She VERY RUDELY stated, "I could look it up, but I am checking in a guest right now". If this is how they treat people who call their current guests, I would be affraid to stay there. --Just saying... - Terrible customer service.
Godawful is the best word I can think of to describe this place. After booking my room for a week, my girlfriend and I walked around the hotel to look around. We walked up the stairs from the lobby, down the hall to the right, and found a bird on the floor that had been there for at least a few weeks. The room, which at least appeared tidy at 1st, reeked of cigarette smoke (even though the door had a clear no smoking sign).
