The Montrose Boy Scouts had some damage to their new trailer and they helped repair the damage and would not accept any money. They said they were happy to help the scouts. Good people!
I've bought my 5th wheel hitch from them, excellent price, very knowledgeable. I love that they are close by.. I've went in there a couple times needing parts or having questions and they have always been great to me..( I regret not buying our camper from them...maybe next time) I think that's almost the best part.. Even tho we didn't buy it from them they are always willing to help and give advice and take a look..
We bought a class a motorcoach from Magnum rv were very happy with it we also have it serviced and they were very professional and we are very happy with them
Had a great experience with their service department!! They were able to help us with the long list of repairs and very quickly I might add. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful!
All I can say is WOW! I traded in my old 5th wheel and bought a new one from them. I ordered a new hitch for my truck and when they sent me the wrong hitch a day before I had a weekend trip planned, Martin from Magnum RV offered to let me use his own hitch for the weekend!!! Now that is over and above anything I would ever ask for! I could go on and on about how they went over and above my expectations, but all you need to know is they are awesome!
