Literally called them for my job. The lady one the phone said she would get someone out here and told me she’d call me by end of day. Just bad service and Peggy the person who handles the calls absolutely no customer service. She’s rude she has a rude tone and they say they’re gonna get something done then give you another excuse when you call to ask for an update. Don’t even waste your time .
I contracted Magnum Door Solutions for a project and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having paid 90% of the agreed contract amount, the company expected full payment (100%) without completing the work as outlined in the contract. This was both unexpected and unprofessional.
