Worst place on earth This establishment is crawling with roaches bed bugs ECT its not safe my door has been kicked in people are being stabbed in the parking lot fights and police constantly prostitution and more I'm moving in 3 months maint is horrible mold why doesn't the city shut this place down
Would never recommend To start off- Before moving in I was assured that the apartment was a safe place to live. In the month I was there I have been made aware of the recent arson, robberies, assaults, a stabbing outside my building and drug related crime. The day I was scheduled to move in I was informed that my apartment was not ready. The unit had not been cleaned and there was NO DOOR to my apartment. awsome The apartments at magnolias are great. The apartment size is big for there one bedroom and big walk in closets. I lived in the magnolias apartments for about six months now and i love it. It is close to downtown and being on the bus line is a plus also. They have great parking and the staff are great also.
could be better As far as location i am not far from anywhere, minutes to downtown, and rent is reasonable, only problem i have had was the refrigerator needing looked at to get it working properly.
