I am so happy that I selected Tupelo Smiles for my dental work. Dr.Kenney takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I did not have the fear of the dentist I have always had. His staff is great, too. I am very satisfied and will recommend to friends.
The client experience at Tupelo Smiles has always been superior. Hardly anyone I know LOVES to go to the dentist, but I DO! You are an incredibly talented and personable group and work hard to provide a seamless client experience from the waiting room to the chair. You are the best and I have a frame of reference to say so. I've seen other dentists in Tupelo, Dallas, Houston, Myrtle Beach and, East Lansing. Truly, none can compare.
Always first rate customer service and professional care from everyone. No long waits, even for emergency work-ins. Dr. Caron even met me at the office on a Sunday morning several years ago when a crown came off. I have total confidence in the treatment I receive, and try to do my part with checkups and cleanings every 6 months. Total team effort!

I never dread going to the dentist at Tupelo Smiles. Each employee that has helped me over the years has seemed genuinely concerned that I receive the professional treatment that I need. Today involved drilling, my least favorite thing to have done, but everything went smoothly, with no offensive smell, blood, or pain. Dr. Charon and the dental assistants are all "patient-oriented." And my visit took less than an hour!
I was introduced to Tupelo Smiles by my Periodontist, Dr. Robertson, for follow up cleanings, a few cavities filled, and a bridge made. I have always had a pleasant experience, whether it was needing work done or just routine cleanings. I have been very pleased with the service, they all make you feel very comfortable. We love Ms Pam! She cleaned my sons teeth and was so professional and kind! She is very patient with children and a great teacher regarding the importance of brushing ! Everyone there is fantastic and Dr Caron is excellent at his work !
