The staff are very friendly and you are welcomed with a smile from the time you walk in the door until you leave.
Can't beat the service and professional atmosphere while trying the best dental care around
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They did their best to accommodate my schedule restraints. They provided Snacks and drinks in the lobby. I didn't have to wait for a long time like some clinics. The fish tank was amazing. Had a great experience at Tupelo Smiles!
My son, daughter, and I all had appointments. Amy is our dental hygienist, and she always calls us back on time and provides excellent service. Dr. Caron has taken care of our teeth for many years, and we trust him completely! I could not ask for better service!
I have been a patient at Tupelo Smiles for many years now & they have always been very courteous & professional. I am impressed by the quality of their care...they always give an honest opinion. When I am in the office, almost every staff member will make a point to greet me by name, even if they are not working with me that particular visit. I consider them all good friends of mine. Great experience! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful especially since they didn't have me down to be seen on the day and time I thought I had an appointment for. I was given an appointment in January for a return visit on July 8th but it was apparently not saved in their system. Rather than me having to reschedule and take time off work again they were able to work me in at the time I had been told my appointment was, saving me more missed time off work and another trip into Tupelo.
Background: Don't like going to the dentist, don't like writing reviews. Today is going to be an exception.... Very professional, competent staff top to bottom-- which seems to resonate from the time you walk in to the time you check out. Everyone seems to know their role, and executes it well.
