I ended up taking a different place but was very impressed with Magnolia Terrace and especially Daniel, the on-site manager. After I canceled my application, they also refunded me the holding fee. Good people.
Danielle was great, but the units look nothing like the photos they post online
I had a fantastic time living at Magnolia Terrace. Daniel was a warm and compassionate building manager who I appreciate so much. I will always treasure the seven years I spent living there.
Great Property Manager, building is clean and well maintained.
