Lived here for 5 years, the best thing about this place is the proximity to Ventura Blvd and the 405/101. Also, Daniel the landlord is very down to earth. Will miss magnolia terrace !
I ended up taking a different place but was very impressed with Magnolia Terrace and especially Daniel, the on-site manager. After I canceled my application, they also refunded me the holding fee. Good people.
Danielle was great, but the units look nothing like the photos they post online
