Nasty to say the LEAST! Each landlord AFTER 2019, was unprofessional. Jackie Gordon & whoever Ms. Dee is. Never fixed anything in the apartment, only would patch things up. When it was time for me to move, she gave me the run around with my deposit being refunded to me. Once the deposit was finally ready and my check was in office they called me 2x during working hours. terrible, and the schools there are even worse, they bullied me for years since elementary
Worst, wouldn’t recommend at all, don’t like fixing nothing… they harass you about documentation….. literally come up with something every 2 weeks…. I complain about mildew, complain about sink, and complain about bathroom and it’s been three or 4 months and they still didn’t come out…: their excuse is they gotta fix apts that on top magnolia terrace by light…
