I had a great experience living at Magnolia!! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay feel like home!! I enjoyed all the events that they planned to make it easier to get to know your neighbors. Magnolia was a wonderful place to live!
Why wouldn't you want to live at Magnolia Preserve? Perfect location, best employees, nice apartments, not to mention all of the fun events they plan for us. I've never felt more known and cared for by an apartment complex!
Magnolia Preserve is the perfect place to live! I would say it is the hidden gem of Dothan. Not only is Magnolia Preserve tucked into a quiet woody area, but the apartments are so high quality! That is why I chose Magnolia Preserve over other local apartments. The staff here is amazing! Every time I submit a service request it is completed the same day and the front desk is prompt to let you know if a package has arrived for you at the clubhouse! Great amenities, great location, great people!
