Been here for 2 1/2 years now there is a new manager who likes to micro manage. I get it but if you want to think your better then everyone else be consistent!

Best Apartment Homes in Dothan, Alabama. At the time of this review, my wife and I have been living here for two years. We love the location, the staff and maintenance team are quick to assist, and the appeal of the apartment homes are always kept clean, modern, and maintained! We love living here and plan to stay for many more years!
Magnolia Preserve is more than just your “average apartment.” It is the perfect place to call home. The apartments are absolutely stunning and the management/ staff are some of the kindest and most caring people I have ever worked with. We have lived at Magnolia Preserve for 3 years and love it!! The amenities are our favorite part: the pool, workout room, and community space in the office. The complex allows dogs as well, so we are able to make lots of friends for our golden retriever. To top it all off, the maintenence crew is amazing and our requests are always filled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Magnolia Preserve!
Been living in magnolia for 2 years by far the nicest apartments in Dothan and very well staffed. They have always took great care of us all the way to making sure my pet and family have everything while I'm deployed very impressed and blessed to live here....here is to many more!!!!!
