A great place to live. I recently left Magnolia Place due to a job transfer out of state. I had a wonderful experience there. The grounds are well kept. The pool is always sparkling. It has been a nice quiet place to live for the last 2 1/2 years. The rent has gone up over the last few years but still a good value. Management and maintenance are fantastic. They have handled my problems quickly and professionally anytime I had an issue. Thank you!
Please Avoid! I would recommend for everybody to avoid this place at all costs. I know everyone has at least a few complaints about their apartment complexes, but this place verges on the point of being unhealthy. When I moved in three years ago, I was told that there might be some mold in the bathroom, so if I saw any, I could call and it would be taken care of.
