Clean Safe Quiet I lived here for five years and it’s been great. The property management staff are super attentive and good people. I feel safe and the property is kept clean. The residents are respectful of the shared laundry and parking. Anytime there’s an issue the property management team is quick to address it. A great place to live. I recently left Magnolia Place due to a job transfer out of state. I had a wonderful experience there. The grounds are well kept. The pool is always sparkling. It has been a nice quiet place to live for the last 2 1/2 years. The rent has gone up over the last few years but still a good value. Management and maintenance are fantastic. They have handled my problems quickly and professionally anytime I had an issue. Thank you!
Please Avoid! I would recommend for everybody to avoid this place at all costs. I know everyone has at least a few complaints about their apartment complexes, but this place verges on the point of being unhealthy. When I moved in three years ago, I was told that there might be some mold in the bathroom, so if I saw any, I could call and it would be taken care of.
