I moved to Magnolia Place from Virginia in 3/2025. I am very pleased with my decision. The staff are terrific and hours of availability are great! The grounds are always impeccable, it's peaceful, nice amenities for a small community (pool, playground and basketball, laundry, etc).
Lived here for 5 years Ms Jenny and ms Linda were down to earth type of people and really worked with me throughout my stay very appreciative of my time here!
Went into the office to inquire about an appartment and the older lady at the desk was rude to my daughter and seemed uninterested in helping me.
Applied even though me and my wife make good money we got denied because of a low credit number
