I am new here at Magnolia Park. CAMRYN made my move-in so easy I had so many questions and she got back to me so quickly every time I had a crazy question to ask, she was so helpful through the entire process and my new place is awesome
I have enjoyed my time living here at Magnolia Park. Camryn and Lauren make everything so easy and stress free and are always there to answer any questions and concerns I might have! The maintenance staff are also super accommodating and nice, and even though I was hesitant to move to a smaller apartment complex for the lack of pool, I still don’t regret my decision! I lived in apartment 204 on the second level and it was the worst year of living I have ever experienced. My upstairs neighbor (#304) was absolutely horrible. I have never in my life heard someone walk so loud and make so much noise at all hours of the night and early morning. It literally NEVER stopped since day one. From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive — maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care, which is such a rare find these days. The property itself is always clean and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and thoughtful amenities. The pool and fitness center are top-notch, and I love the community events they host — it really makes this place feel like home.
