Management charged a visitor who had a service animal a $500 fine for not reporting the animal coming into the building. It’s very clear that new management doesn’t know what they’re doing and they’re losing a lot of business. Yes this review is for Magnolia Park apartments on 5th Ave, I’m aware of who owns the property. I will confirm text messages and payment charge of y’all tacking on $500 for my guest having her service animal inside the apartment complex.
I just worked an apartment locating deal with Camryn and she was SUCH a dream to work with! She is warm, personable, organized and responsive. I will definitely be referring more tenants to Magnolia properties in the future!
Brooke the salesperson is excellent. The apartment complex is just two blocks from 7th Street, so you can't beat the location. My apartment is very nice and the whole complex is well kept. The maintenance staff are quick, professional and kind. I couldn't be happier.
