DO NOT LIVE HERE Reviews aren’t everything and I’m not sure anyone will read this but leaving negative reviews seems to be the only way to get Magnolia to respond to issues. My partner and I both left reviews for Magnolia at Lakewood and we seem to have gotten faster responses after submitting them. Another thing to note, they have employees leaving 5 star reviews for their properties. I would strongly advise any potential renters to avoid Magnolia properties. Not the same I feel like this property is not the same as when I first moved in! Too much dog poop! Rent is so high here and it’s lacking in the luxury part! Please hire someone to clean dog poop! It’s like a swamp trying to throw dog poop away! Maybe stepping stones to the pet waste bin? Which would be nice too if those could get replaced so I don’t have to take a million bags out! No visitor parking. Reeks of weed. Offers no overnight visitor parking and tows from VERY poorly marked parking lot for overnight residents without warning. Parking on street has become a total disaster since the surrounding area has become severely overpopulated. But they allow for residents to illegally park in handicap parking spaces every day. Second floor comtinuously reeks of weed, which management refuses to do anything about.
Coolest Apartments in Fort Worth These lofts are the coolest I've seen in Fort Worth. The staff was super welcoming! I would have leased on the spot if they weren't fully leased when I visited! I would recommend them to anyone.
GREAT PROPERTY AND STAFF!!! Its a brand new community walking distance to White Rock Lake. The property is small and boutique, which is what I love! The apartments are beautiful inside and many cool technology features. The staff is friendly and inviting, they really care!
