I absolutely loved this place! I was traveling for work and had a medical emergency. These people were amazing! I never write reviews but they deserve one. They knew what was going on with me in a matter of an hour and had to send me to an e.r. for emergency surgery. Oh how I wish this urgent care could do surgery since I left there at noon and wasn't admitted into a hospital room until 11:30 p.m. if I lived in Ocala I would go here all the time.
I really can't say enough about this place and the staff! I was still very sick after being seen at another urgent care. The place was clean and well appointed more like a beautiful private practice. I was seen by Stacey who very quickly and accurately diagnosed and had treatment started right away with the help of John. All the bases were covered including blood work and chest X-ray. For someone with anxiety, Magnolia Family Urgent Care is AMAZING. Everything about this place is wonderful- with smart, comforting, caring, friendly staff. I'll never go anywhere else.
Caring, friendly and professional! I highly recommend this clinic. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the staff couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable. I have been looking around for a doctor in Ocala for a long time and so thankful that I found Dr. Cruz.
