I could not find anywhere in Ocala that would see my 7 month old on a Saturday, most places said "we don't accept your insurance" or "she needs to go to the ER", I called the office and they agreed to see my baby. The office was not busy, I was seen right away. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff was very nice and experienced with pediatrics. I am so glad I have an ER alternative right near my house I can take my children too, or myself!
Took my Mother Friday super service and very helpful Dr and staff. she was in a lot of pain. then they called her for a follow up call today..thanks Dr. Crew and Staff..keep up the great service...

I am posting on behalf of my mother and step father. They had a health emergency and find themselves racing the clock on Saturday evening to get to the facility by seven. Most places would sign in frustration at a patient walking through the door at closing - but everyone was accommodating and eager to help. Although they did have to go to the ED afterwards - the doctor that saw them called late that night to tell them results of the X-rays they took. And followed up the next day as well. I took my Mom here today, and we were both very happy with the personal attention she received. Everyone was so thorough and nice, and I felt that she got terrific care. This will be our go to urgent care from now on.
I wasn't convinced to go see a doctor but my pain was so bad I decided to go anyway and chose them because they're very central and had already a great reputation. I'm so glad I went! The team was great and Dr Stacy Cruz took care of me. She reassured me and was very companionate with my pain, I truly appreciated her approach of treating me as a whole, not a collection of problems.
