Today was my first visit, but I’ll certainly be back. To say it’s a pleasure going to see a doctor for any reason seems counterintuitive somehow, but when you need care, you go. This practice has so much to offer. They accept my current insurance plan, have personable staff, manageable co-pays with insurance, and offer affordable self-pay options for those without insurance. The copay is low. Staff is very nice, caring, and treat you like family. Family atmosphere. Great place to go when you are sick. I love this place!

I have seen many people recommend Magnolia Family Urgent Care on Facebook so I started following their page about a year ago. Well last week some pain got the best of me and I finally buckled and headed over. I received the greatest care and respect while putting me at ease and ensuring every possibility was explored. I drove past 4 other Urgent cares in my 35 minute drive from Dunnellon to downtown Ocala and I would not hesitate to do it again for the care I received. Thank you!

The place to go for urgent care. Stacy Cruz actually saved my life! I love the friendly staff and Dr Miguel Cruz is amazing.
They gave me a correct diagnosis, they really listened to me, and I was not rushed out the door like most doctors due today. My emails were promtly answered. Economical fees.
