If I remember correctly these are the same apartments town homes whatever you wanna call em that a man with mental disorders lived in home with his mom and killed her in there also he had a sister that was also special needs too I only know.about this because I work at a deli that they use to frequent almost every night or other night and like the middle of last year they stopped coming. Let’s say it’s not bad and not perfect as well
I dont know about the manager because they are NEVER there!!!! And when they are available its an attitude with miscommunication because of the language barrier!
I love, I love reading the responses from the property, they said they installed plank flooring. LMFAO they rolled out vinyl that looks like gray wood. And the other lady commenting about the roach problem. Yeah it’s ridiculous. They never told us that there was a problem either. Guess I should’ve came to here first and read all the comments. They havent changed anything! They lie to new tenants about the ROACH past and then spring it on us to move your apartment around so they can spray every 2 weeks!!! Weve been here a year and they MEVER fixed the pool!!! There is kids running all over until 2 in the morning!! They also charge you outrageous rent and pet deposits to live in the ghetto!!!! Its insane!!!!
