Great location for an apartment at a reasonable price, although take in account the lack of amenities. The park and neighborhood behind the apartments are a great plus for being active/walking and getting to nearby restaurants. Everything in FW is easy to get to since you're near downtown with easy access to the interstate. The property staff (shoutout Brooke!) and maintenance teams have been very attentive to my requests and questions. My friend used to live here and i was over 24/7 because the apartments and the community were so beautiful! Such a cute neighborhood! If you’re wanting more of a city vibe definitely look into these apartments! They are upgraded and very cute inside!!
