Great support from both customer service and tech support! This was my first time installing a maglock system, and I was a bit nervous about whether everything would work correctly. The tech support team was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through the entire process, answering all of my questions to make sure everything was set up properly. The custom wiring diagram based on the parts I selected was especially helpful. Everything is now working smoothly without any issues. Highly recommend!
Luis was fabulous. He solved our problem with a quick remote session and allowed me to ask all the stupid questions without getting frustrated. Great customer service!!

I worked with Gabriel on a project where we needed wiring diagrams to put together multiple components efficiently. He was quick to respond and provided me what we needed in minutes.
Gabriel was awesome. Let me just say that!!! he walked me through And really helped me get this set up. I will say the two wire diagrams that come with the maglock system are super confusing. He will provide you with another diagram. That is much easier and it should come with the system, but it doesn't. But what a great experience with Gabriela Thank you so much!
