Mr. Alexis Erazo and his wife Ms. Heidi Franco do not pay their bills. They owe more than $8000 in rent. They are very charismatic and nice spoken businessman/businesswoman, but they just do not pay his bills, only false promises to buy time and continue to stay in the house and not pay their bill. After they finally left, I received a notice from the city saying they owe more than a $1000 in water bills. Please be careful when doing any type of business with either of them.
