They promote themselves as an authority on home loan modification when in reality they are looking to secure a quick payday. My issue was a bit complicated, I explained the situation and they agreed to assist. They issued their rate sheet, quoted the process BUT when they reviewed my situation they withdrew their offer, too much work for them. Completely unprofessional and they re obviously not in the business to assist those in need but they are firmly in the money taking business. Look elsewhere - Be Warned!
