This is a daily occurrence at my new house in Crosby. Sometimes they entirely block my house, sometimes they partially block my driveway. The house next door is still being constructed, but, it will be finished soon, and they will be completely blocked off. Not sure why they use the sewer drain between the houses like an outhouse, but they do.
