They definitely do the best installs in the Gainesville area. I have dealt with a lot of countertop installations being a contractor and I used Magma for my personal house. Michelle, who runs the showroom knows her stuff and is really relatable and easy to work with. With her help, the whole process went very smooth. There were so many options I dreaded trying to pick out my counters. But Michelle Calzado made it easy and a great time. Can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with. She asked all the right questions to help narrow down what options to look at and was very knowledgeable to help me make decisions that work for me and my counters. Tried to receive a quote and for some reason never received one. Verbally over the phone the quote for granite was extremely high compared to two other fabricators and Magma was higher even without the full height backsplash. Just weird that I never received a actual written quote. Just verbal. And then when I asked to price a few others I got an email saying this is more than that. That is less than that. Guess they don’t ne d business. That’s fine
Michelle in the Gainesville store went way above and beyond our expectations to ensure the end product incorporated all of our desires and wishes, including when an issue came up, she followed up with the builder to facilitate an outstanding outcome. She is a pleasure to work with and provides great customer service. Would recommend them without reservation.
Went there on recommendation by my contractor due to good pricing. Upon arrival, this is what I found.. Good prices, yes, very good, but that’s not the best part. Michelle was a great help.
