Went there on recommendation by my contractor due to good pricing. Upon arrival, this is what I found.. Good prices, yes, very good, but that’s not the best part. Michelle was a great help. Very knowledgeable l, professional, and helpful. Customer service rating 10stars. Was easy and fun to work with and had great advise. On to purchase, easy and straightforward. install. Terrible Customer Service installation People are a nightmare
I stopped here on March 31, 2023, after reading reviews that they do not have a minimum square footage requirement. Upon entering the store, I communicated to the employee that I needed granite for a small bathroom cabinet. She suggested I go to Ocala and look for remnants at their location there. Then, she said they have a minimum 25 sq ft requirement that started 6 months ago. I’m not sure why she didn’t start off our conversation by mentioning that? We had a great experience working with Magma! Price ,customer service and installation process was seamless. I would recommend them!!
Magma Granite and Marble were great to work with. They installed a granite countertop in our kitchen. Michelle at Gainesville and Melissa in Ocala were incredibly helpful and made the process so much easier! The installers were professional and friendly and did an excellent job! The shop even helped us with the remnants so that we can use them for our bathrooms. We will be calling them when we are ready to remodel them! Thanks again for our beautiful countertops!!
