My ac went out in the middle of a tropical storm and I was calling anyone I could find on Google maps. Frank was the only one who responded on a Sunday. Briefly gave a description of the issue and told me to text me his address and would be over in 45 min. To my surprise, after texting him my address, Frank showed up in pouring rain 15 min later. Frank had fast and great service. I called at 9 and my ac was back up and running in 2 hours. We’ll definitely use him again because he saved the day. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend
