I paid for the highest price wash and my car went through and I swear no soap got on my car. My car was still dripping with water and my car was still REALLY dirty after it was done. The vacuums worked long enough to get my front seat done and then there was no power. When I went there when they first opened they were excellent and it really cleaned my car and the service has gone down so much. Not going there again.
Doesn't sufficiently clean my car....the price increase and the limiting to one wash a day and being closed on Sundays were the last straw...went elsewhere and much happier
I took my ford F-150 truck to go in and get a wash and the wash didn't get quite clean so I pulled around and met up with a gal named Rae and she offered to wipe it down and do my tire shine,, She did such a great job!! Dried it completely off along with shining my tires and she even cleaned my windows!! Like many others, I am furious with this car wash. The owner is a joke and a criminal. It ripped of my rear windshield wiper and scratched my window. I filled out a report. They promised I would hear back. I have been in 3 times and the owner is never there. They promise he will call me but to no avail. It is a joke that they use painters tape to put over the wiper.
