They had good customer service, washed the car well.
This used to be a great car wash but it has gone downhill, doesn't clean my car very well, and it is overpriced.
Horrible "wash". Worst "customer service". Awful manager. Could go into detail about my experience but i'll keep it short- the only thing "magical" about Magic Wash is how completely awful the business has managed to be. Save your time and money. Don't go here.
Used to take my car there regularly. I purchased the monthly wash package on Dec. 31, 2016. On January 3rd, the 31st purchase (1/2 off first month)cleared my credit card, as did another full month (49.95). So for the month of January, I paid $78.95. I got exactly 2 car washes as every time I went there, they were closed--10-15 minutes before the posted time, then closed for 9 consecutive days--last week of January. Car wash does a great job! The free vacuums are an added bonus and are very powerful.
This establishment likes to let single pregnant moms go via text. Terrible people and management! Don't support this business!!
