I got there top of the line wash and not only are my mirrors covered in bugs so is my bed cover and a bit on the hood. very not impressed
Paid $30 for a works car wash and detail. Ended up having to take it to another car wash cause it was still way dirty when I got it home. Won’t be going back here.
They did not keep to their contract. They doubled their price without notification. Just charged on my credit card whatever they wanted. I went in and inquired, the manager could have cared less. In my opinion the played the bait and switch game. Not an honest practice in my opinion.
they charged my friend twice for one month and then didnt cancel her account when she asked and they charged her again. absolutely ridiculous!
*I was refunded my additional charges* We have had a monthly membership for about two years and last month, without letting me know they decided to charge me extra. Now this month, they decided to charge me DOUBLE without making me aware of this. I went in to have them correct it and they told me there’s nothing they can do and my money can’t be refunded or my account credited. Hopefully someone with some actual authority will see this and handle it the way it needs to be handled.
