This business is very unprofessional. If I ran my business as they do I would be out of business. I called to have service installed at a service spot that was a previous hookup with this same company. With their terrible customer service and even worse communication skills it has taken over 2 weeks to get service to this location. This is unacceptable. Learn how to do business MVEC. I was forced I get MVEC at my home that we purchased three years ago. For some reason they re the only provider for my address All of my neighbors that I have talked to have PUB. Every time we get the least little bit of wind or rain, we are left setting in the dark for hours while my neighbors still have electricity. This stinks and Monday I am going to start make calls to find me a new provider even if that means paying to have new lines ran.

every time i call they just hang up on me...... they have bad service and the bad part is that were i purchase my house, i only can get MVEC.... I FEEL SORRY for them but they do not have quality customer service... even if CPL cost more they have better service than magic valley... they only deserve only a little spot of 1 star.....

Every time that you call for assistance they take forever to answer the phone and they are very unprofessional. They need be more helpful with the customers. I will not recommend this company at all.
